Martin Ellis (Partner)
Martin is the managing partner of our Recovery & Reorganisation practice. He has
substantial experience of strategic, viability and pre-lending
reviews, acquisition and due diligence assignments.
Experience
Martin has been a partner since 1989, having completed a
two-year secondment to the private equity house, 3i plc. He
provides a broad range of advice to lenders and directors,
typically in relation to large private companies, leveraged deals
and also to listed companies.
Martin has over 20 years' experience in investigations,
restructuring and corporate finance transaction support work.
He has particular expertise in the construction and contracting
sectors (he heads our construction specialism) as well as the
leisure and retail sectors in which he has carried out numerous
investigations and viability reviews.
