Richard Wilson (Director)
Richard leads the Transaction Advisory Services team for the
South and Wales, specialising in providing transactions advice to
corporates, private equity and financial institutions. His
key focus as a deal progresses is to help generate and protect
stakeholder value.
Experience
Richard joined us at Grant Thornton in 2006. Previously he
worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers in its audit, transaction
services and business recovery teams, and whilst there, completed a
two and a half year secondment to the Cape Town office of the South
African firm.
With over eight years experience in transaction advisory
services and business recovery, Richard has been involved in
numerous mid-market deals ranging from £5 million to £500 million
across a wide range of sectors.
