Our Project Finance team offers advisory services that fall into two broad categories: services to public sector institutions, such as local authorities and government departments, aimed at enabling them to complete a procurement process successfully; and services to private sector entities, such as banks, businesses and consortia, preparing them to engage in bidding for work on such projects.

For our clients, we offer advice and solutions in the following areas: strategy; financial assessment; process and delivery; transaction support; and performance management.
